ST. VALENTINE'S GOT NOTHING ON ME

She said you are not romantic
Why don't you just let me be
My mouth dropped open, and I couldn't talk
So she walked away from me

Well my heart it started pumping
Soon my blood was catching fire
My mind could not imagine
What her lips had just transpired

When it finally started sinking in
I remembered I had her key
And right then I knew, I would have to prove
St.Valentine's got nothing on me

~~~*Chorus*~~~
I'll treat my lady like a precious gem
In a field of rock and stone
Change my name to Casanova
Last name to Romeo
I'll do anything to keep her
Even get down on one knee
I have to make her realize
St. Valentine's got nothing on me
~~*~~
I bought champagne and roses
Bubble bath and strawberries
A necklace laced with diamonds
And lotion to rub on her feet
I wrote a poem that says I Love You
Oh baby can't you see
For you I would do anything
St. Valentine's got nothing on me
I heard her key turn in the lock
She laughed and said...I always knew
I just had to make you realize
St. Valentine's got nothing on you!
~~~*2nd Chorus*~~~
Yes I treat her like a precious gem
In a field of rock and stone
She calls me Casanova
I'm her loving Romeo
I did what I had to keep her
Even got down on one knee
Oh, she always knew that I could prove
St. Valentine's got nothing on me
~~*~~
