THERE WILL COME A DAY

Captain Henry docked the vessel
All was disguised by waves
Inside the village, natives slept
Like bodies in their graves

Asha was the Chieftain's daughter
She was spellbound by the sea
She wandered the water's edge
While the rest of them would sleep

She came upon them innocent
Occupied in reveries
The ship sailed from the coastline
Echoing the fading screams...

~~~*Chorus*~~~
Cruelty on the ocean
Set future deeds in motion
Fools to think that
They would never pay
Ruthless does not fathom
The dauntless strength of passion
Born of a mind
Turned by rage and pain
But there would come a day
~~*~~
Captain Henry claimed the captive
Her beauty could not be masked
Blindly gave her to his Sons
And to any man who asked
~~~*Lyrical Bridge*~~~
Pity died on open seas
Revenge grabs it's fortuity
A Father's pride
His precious Sons
One by one
Their day would come
~~*~~

~~~*Chorus*~~~
Cruelty on the ocean
Set future deeds in motion
Fools to think that
They would never pay
Ruthless does not fathom
The dauntless strength of passion
Born of a mind
Turned by rage and pain
But there would come a day
~~*~~
~~~*Finale*~~~
Kismet, Karma, Juju, Fate
Remember, there will come a day
~~*~~
