FORCES

There are forces in this world
Which attempt to tear down
All that has been labored for
Love ultimately found

Often, some tempest blows away
Investments that we’ve made
Relentless tides sweep out to sea
Our sacrifices paid

Some perish for a noble cause
As I would die for you
Lost in this tornado 
Is the passion for the truth
